Stonebridge Condominium Lodging Policies

Unit Requests:                       
Deluxe units available upon request.

Extra person Charge:           
Each additional person $20.00 extra per night.

Children:                                
No Charge for children 12 and under, maximum two children over normal capacity.

Taxes:                                    
Colorado State and local tax not included in quoted room rates.

Deposits:                               
50% of the total is due 15 days after initial request for reservations.

Final Payments:                    
Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.  Holiday season final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.

Minimum Stay:                     
We require a three night minimum stay.

Cancellations:                        
With notification 60 days or more before arrival, deposited monies will be refunded less a 10% handling fee.  If less than 60 days notice, deposit will be forfeited.  Cancellation of whole or partial stay with- in 30 days of arrival will result in full forfeiture of all monies. If we are able to re-rent the nights cancelled we will refund less 10% handling fee.

Holiday Cancellation:
With notification of 90 days or more before arrival, deposit and final payment will be refunded less 10% handling fee. With less than 90 days notice, all monies will be forfeited.  If we are able to re-rent the unit, we will refund monies less the 10% handling fee.

Lodging Insurance:               
Stonebridge Condominiums offers and recommends that you protect your vacation investment against unforeseen circumstances by purchasing Lodging Insurance.  We will automatically invoice you for this protection.  The cost is 7% of the total reservation.  Please call us at 1-800323-2577 if you have any questions on this protection.

Check-in/Check-out
Times:                                    
Check-in is 4:00 PM, Check-out is 10:00 AM. These times are to allow complete maid service.  Please no exceptions.

Unit Changes:                       
We reserve the right to change units up to and including the day of arrival.

Late Arrival                           
Guests are responsible for all nights reserved.  No refund or credit will be given for unused days resulting from late arrival or premature departure.

Transportation:                     
We have courtesy van services available during our front desk hours, for transportation to and from the Aspen Airport and in and around Snowmass Village.

Pets:                                        
Sorry, house pets are not permitted in our condominiums.
